Two men were injured in a South Shore neighborhood shooting early Saturday.
The men, ages 23 and 25, were sitting inside a home in the 7300 block of South Kingston about 1:05 a.m. when shots were fired outside, police said.
The 23-year-old was was shot in the leg and multiple times in the face and was taken in critical condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said.
The older man was shot in the cheek and was also taken to Northwestern, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
A police source said the shooting may have been gang-related.
