Two people were wounded in a drive-by shooting early Tuesday in the Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.
The 16-year-old boy and 24-year-old man were walking to the store about 3:50 a.m. in the 3700 block of West Ogden when a vehicle drove by and someone inside opened fire, according to Chicago Police.
The teenager was shot in the right leg, while the man suffered a graze wound to the right heel, police said. They were both taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where the man’s condition was stabilized. The teenager’s condition was not known Tuesday morning.
