Two women were wounded in a West Pullman neighborhood drive-by shooting Sunday evening on the Far South Side.
The women, 20 and 23, were standing outside by a car at 7:37 p.m. in the 11800 block of South Emerald when someone in a passing dark-colored car opened fire, according to Chicago Police.
The younger woman suffered a gunshot wound to the side and was taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said. The 23-year-old was shot in the left thigh and was also taken to Christ, where she was listed in fair condition.
