The list of 2015 James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef Awards official nominations was revealed today, and Chicago’s vibrant dining scene is again well-represented in the field. The 25th annual awards will be presented on May 4 at the Civic Opera House (the first time they’re being held outside New York City). BEST NEW RESTAURANT
A restaurant opened in 2014 that already displays excellence in food, beverage, and service and is likely to have a significant impact on the industry in years to come.
