Ellen’s BIG deal — in real estate

Over the years, Ellen DeGeneres has been extremely successful in buying and selling some VERY pricey properties in Southern California — ranging from Los Angeles mansions to more remote acreage in the LA countryside.

However, her latest deal is pretty impressive — even for a town known for people making big bucks in world of real estate. The comic and talk show queen has reportedly netted a cool $15 million — in just a few months. DeGeneres plunked down $40 million last December for the famed modernist gem known as the Brody House — a gorgeous property in Los Angeles.

But guess what? Napster founder Sean Parker just made Ellen an offer she couldn’t refuse — and who’d blame her?

Parker supposedly wrote DeGeneres a check for a cool $55 million for the sprawling estate that includes a gorgeous pool, tennis court, guest house and beautifully manicured grounds.
