We’ve seen “Chi-Raq” being filmed on Chicago’s streets, and now we have our first glimpse of it on film.

Director Spike Lee’s production company 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks released a “Chi-Raq” trailer on Tuesday that unveils Samuel J. Jackson as an orange-suited narrator, Teyonah Parris as today’s version of the Greek mythology heroine Lysistrata, Jennifer Hudson grieving and John Cusack as a clergyman preaching, “Do you want justice?”

“Chi-Raq” opens in theaters Dec. 4, with streaming for Amazon Prime customers to follow.
