Just imagine the flavors of Thin Mints or caramel/coconut Samoas whenever you have a craving for those iconic Girl Scout cookies — and not just during the annual cookie drive campaign.

Pillsbury today announced you can enjoy those flavors thanks to the just-launched Girl Scouts Thin Mints and Caramel & Coconut Flavored Baking Mixes. The mixes don’t re-create the cookies, but rather the flavors of the two popular treats, reinvented for cupcakes, brownies and blondies.

“We are very pleased about our licensing relationship with Girl Scouts of the USA, as our brands share a similar personality of happiness and fun —a common characteristic of bringing people together,” said a Pillsbury spokesperson in today’s official statement. “We hope these fan-favorite flavors encourage baking amongst friends and family alike.”

The cookie flavors can be recreated in home kitchens via the mixes (available at area grocers), which boast no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
