Obama se reunió con el equipo Chicago Southside Wolfpack para animarlos y platicó con el equipo de estudiantes de quinto a octavo grado.
La inauguración del centro presidencial en Jackson Park está programada para principios de otoño. La fundación estima que se crearán hasta 5,000 trabajos de construcción durante el proyecto.
Mientras visitaba la ciudad, el ex presidente también se detuvo en el café South Shore Brew para conversar con los dueños de negocios sobre cómo el futuro centro beneficiará a la comunidad.
