Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 13-year-old girl missing from the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

Tapikies Miller was last seen Thursday in the area of West End and Lamon after leaving her home in the 100 block of North Lacrosse Avenue, according to Chicago Police. She is known to frequent Spencer School at 214 North Lavergne.

She was described as a 5-foot-4, 148 pound black girl with a medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white Nike swoosh on the chest, a red T-shirt, black leggings, and black and gray Nike Airmax gym shoes. She may be carrying a purple and white backpack, police said.
