SHARE 13-year-old girl missing from Bridgeport

A 13-year-old girl has been missing since Sunday from the South Side Bridgeport neighborhood.

Jennifer Palafax went missing from the 3000 block of South Loomis some time Sunday, Chicago Police said in a missing person alert.

She frequents that block and the 4500 block of South Rockwell, police said.

Palafax is described as a 5-foot-3, 130-pound Hispanic girl with brown eyes, brown hair and a light complexion, police said.

She was last seen wearing a blue tank top and blue jean shorts.
