17-year-old boy shot, wounded on the South Side

A 17-year-old boy was shot and wounded early Friday on the South Side.

He was walking along a street around 2 a.m. when someone in a passing vehicle shot him three times in the back, according to the police, who said he was being treated at Stroger Hospital.
