An 18-year-old man was wounded Monday afternoon in a Belmont Cragin neighborhood drive-by shooting on the Northwest Side.
The victim was walking in the 5600 block of West Palmer at 3:02 p.m. when a blue sedan pulled up and someone inside fired shots and then drove away, according to Chicago Police.
He was shot in the right foot, police said. A friend drove him to Community First Medical Center, where he was in good condition.
