A 19-year-old woman was shot late Saturday while riding in a vehicle in the Gage Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

At 9:41 p.m., she was riding in a vehicle in the 5200 block of South Albany when someone in a white SUV fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

She suffered a graze wound to the head and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where her condition was stabilized, police said.
