Two men were wounded in a shooting early Saturday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The men, ages 20 and 21, were standing outside about 1:30 a.m. in the 3900 block of West Jackson when they heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police. They were both struck in the leg.

The younger man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, and the older man was taken to Stroger Hospital, police said. Their conditions were stabilized.
