Two men were wounded in a shooting Wednesday afternoon in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

About 2:20 p.m., they were standing on a corner in the 4500 block of West Wilcox when someone in a passing dark-colored vehicle fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

An 18-year-old man was shot in the foot and a 21-year-old man suffered graze wounds to his back and leg, police said. Both got themselves to Mount Sinai Hospital, where they were listed in good condition.

Area North detectives were investigating.
