WASHINGTON–Here’s the latest from the Obama campaign on where he will tape his 30-minute address to the nation to be telecast next week: It will not be at Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studios, said Obama campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt on Tuesday.

Even if Obama were to use Harpo, the studio would have to charge, since federal candidates cannot take donations–even in-kind contributions from corporations.
