A source close to the situation said Marty Booker has left New England without being offered a contract by the Patriots.

While that doesn’t mean New England will not make a play for him, Booker is getting serious interest from up to 10 teams. The Bears are not believed to be one of them.

Minnesota, Tennessee, Pittsburgh and the New York Jets are all interested. Don’t discount the Arizona Cardinals either, where offensive coordinator Todd Haley is believed to want to reunite with Booker. Haley was the receivers coach with the Bears when Booker played here from 2001-03.
