The main entree is a honey baked ham with maple mustard sauce; Eggs Benedict; bacon; biscuits; spinach salad; waffles; sauteed asparagus; cheese grits; fresh fruit platter; double cocomut layer cake and lemon curd trifle with fresh berries.
