Crede hurt?

Joe Crede was taken for precautionary X-rays after the game with Arizona, following a foul tip that hit his left foot in the fifth inning.

The initial reports were good, but the White Sox wanted to make sure the third baseman didnt have any setbacks before they leave Tucson on Friday morning for their game with Texas in Oklahoma City.

Crede had been named the starter on Tuesday, beating out Josh Fields.
