Boston GM Danny Ainge refuted a report out of New York that the Knicks have asked him about interviewing assistant coach Tom Thibodeau for that teams head coaching vacancy. In fact, Ainge said no team has approached him for permission to talk to the defensive-minded Thibodeau, who may be of interest to the Bulls.
