Heres a quick glance for whats happening around the American League Central.

The Cleveland Indians turn to right-hander Tom Mastny to start tonight against the Texas Rangers.

Brandon Inge of the Detroit Tigers doesnt expect to go on the disabled list, and Dontrelle Willis is set to return to the rotation. The Tigers also promoted left-hander Casey Fossum to the majors.

And check out this stat: The Tigers are 1-30 when they score four runs or fewer.

The Minnesota Twins got good news on pitcher Nick Blackburn.
