One-buck luck

What can you get for a buck these days? At Brasserie Jo (59 W. Hubbard), a whole lot. Tonight’s Beer Education class, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., includes information on what makes a good “winter brew,” plus samples of 5-6 beers and passed hors d’oeuvres. The class will be led by Brasserie JO beverage director Erin Phillips and Jason Ebel of Two Brothers Brewing Company, and it costs just $1.
