Excited for the new episode of “Top Chef” tonight? Imagine how excited you’d be if you were actually on the show. You could be next season, if you have play your cards right. By March 1, you’ll need to send in the following:

• a few-paragraph written summary about yourself
• pictures
• a completed application
• a 3-5 minute audition video
• your resume
