Where Wednesday’s collaboration between Sheffield’s and Ian’s Pizza will fit in, we’re not exactly sure. The two Lakeview favorites have teamed up for a seriously creative meal; $25 gets you four-courses of Ian’s pies, with complementary brews selected by Sheffield’s Beer School beer dude Phil Kuhl. Check out the menu after the jump, then make your reservations fast, as space is limited (note: a second dinner was just added for Wednesday, March 4 at 7 p.m.).
First Course: Salad Pizza | paired with Southern Tier Phin & Matt’s Ale
Second Course: Macaroni & Cheese Pizza | paired with Metropolitan Dynamo Copper Lager (from Chicago’s newest brewery)
Third Course: Sheffields Backroom BBQ Pizza | paired with “Black & Ebel” (a combination of Left Hand Black Jack Porter and Two Brothers Cane & Ebel)
Fourth Course: SMores Pizza | paired with Founders Rubaeus (The last draft of this ale in the country)
