Pizza and beer like you've never had before

Everyone knows that pizza and beer are a match made in taste-bud heaven. But not all such pairings are created equal. For example:

Domino’s + Icehouse < Lou Malnati’s + Heineken < Piece + Golden Arm

Where Wednesday’s collaboration between Sheffield’s and Ian’s Pizza will fit in, we’re not exactly sure. The two Lakeview favorites have teamed up for a seriously creative meal; $25 gets you four-courses of Ian’s pies, with complementary brews selected by Sheffield’s Beer School beer dude Phil Kuhl. First Course: Salad Pizza | paired with Southern Tier Phin & Matt’s Ale

Second Course: Macaroni & Cheese Pizza | paired with Metropolitan Dynamo Copper Lager (from Chicago’s newest brewery)

Third Course: Sheffields Backroom BBQ Pizza | paired with “Black & Ebel” (a combination of Left Hand Black Jack Porter and Two Brothers Cane & Ebel)

Fourth Course: SMores Pizza | paired with Founders Rubaeus (The last draft of this ale in the country)
