Irish singer and songwriter Lisa Hannigan first made her mark on the music world accompanying Damien Rice. Now she’s touring behind a strong debut album, “Sea Sew,” that’s winning comparison to eccentric female musicians ranging from Jane Birkin to Edie Brickel to Bjork. She takes the stage at Martyr’s, 3855 N. Lincoln, at 9 p.m. Saturday [Feb. 28] after an opening set by the Low Anthem.
