Big news, fans of giant plastic bubbles: The Flaming Lips have been added to the lineup for the Pitchfork Music Festival, July 17-19.

The Oklahoma-based psychedelic rockers, known for their outlandish live shows, will close out the festival on Sunday night. Jim DeRogatis and some readers have already submitted their dream set lists (unfortunately, the band will NOT be participating in the “Write the Night” series as originally reported).
