Boise State has rewarded coach Chris Peterson with a five-year contract through 2014, the school announced today.

Peterson, who has compiled a 48-4 record in four seasons at Boise State, will lead his sixth-ranked Broncos against third-ranked TCU Monday night in the Fiesta Bowl.

Financial terms of the deal were not revealed and athletic director Gene Bleymaier said some details were still being worked out.
