Kirk Hinrich was sent home from practice Sunday morning with flu-like symptoms. He was expected to meet the team at the airport in the afternoon and fly to Oakland, but it’s uncertain if he’ll be able to play Monday when the Bulls begin a seven-game road trip at Golden State.

“He was pretty sick,” coach Vinny Del Negro said. “He showed up and we sent him home.”

If Hinrich doesn’t play, John Salmons will start at shooting guard.
