SHARE Chris Henry's fiancee, Loleini Tonga, won't be charged in Bengal's death

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police announced that the fiancee of Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry would not be charged in connection with his death.

Loleini Tonga was arguing with Henry before she attempted to drive away as he hung onto the back of her pickup.

Police said there is no evidence that she drove recklessly or with excessive speed during the fatal incident.

Henry also allegedly threatened to kill himself moments before falling.
