Jevan Snead, Ole Miss’ junior quarterback, is reportedly leaning toward turning pro, according to ESPN’s Chris Low.

According to the report, Snead has conferred with Rebels coach Houston Nutt twice in the past two days and is expected to make his ultimate decision later today.

The quarterback has a big-time arm, but is coming off a lackluster year in which he threw a SEC-high 20 interceptons.

An quick Web search seems to reveal that experts think this would not be the best decision for Snead to make. But then again, experts have been wrong before.
