WASHINGTON– “Ultimately the buck stops with me….when the system fails, it is my responsibility,” President Obama said Thursday, in the wake of the Christmas attack on Flight 253–and the failure of the U.S. intelligence community to put together clues that could have prevented it.

President Obama said Thursday he is cracking down on his agency heads but he is

“interested in passing out” blame than in fixing the system.
