WASHINGTON– First Lady Michelle Obama makes a rare visit back home to Chicago on Oct. 25 for a fund-raising event for the Obama re-election drive. Sun-Times columnist Stella Foster had the scoop in her Tuesday column. The reception will be at Plumbers Hall on the near West Side. The cheap tickets start at $100.

Foster reported earlier this year that Mrs. Obama and daughters Sasha and Malia made an under the radar visit back home over the Memorial Day weekend.
