DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2011

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office and the President will meet with senior advisors in the Oval Office. These meetings are closed press.

Later in the morning, the President will deliver remarks at the Georgetown Waterfront Park, in front of the Key Bridge, urging Congress to pass the infrastructure piece of the American Jobs Act now so that we can make much-needed investments in infrastructure projects across the country and put more Americans back to work. The Key Bridge needs repairs and could benefit from investments in retrofitting as a result of the American Jobs Act. This event is open to pre-credentialed media. The deadline to request credentials has passed.

Following the event, the President and the Vice President will have lunch in the private dining room at the White House. This lunch is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet with Senate Democratic Leadership in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the evening, the President will depart for the G-20 summit in Cannes, France. The departure from the South Lawn is open press.
