WASHINGTON–Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice headlines a fund-raiser for freshman Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) on Nov.15 in Bolingbrook. Kinzinger is heading towards a GOP primary with Rep. Don Manzullo (R-Ill.) Rice just published her memoir Tickets for the breakfast at the Bolingbrook Golf Club start at $250–which includes an autographed book.
