Todd Schuit and Glen Gajewski made it out to Gary Light today, and at least one limit of coho has already been caught.

Ed McCain at Mik-Lurch in Hammond just called and said they were able to launch at the Ditch from Portage Public Marina.

McCain said they reported the main ice pack is four miles out.

“With the south winds the next two days, we may never see that ice pack again,” McCain said.

That may be a bit of wishful thinking, but change is coming.
