WASHINGTON–Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.) and folks from her Evanston based organization head to the Milwaukee area on Saturday to bolster the drive to recall GOP Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker in the wake of his bid to strip public employees in his state of some of their collective bargaining rights.
