District wildlife biologist Bob Massey talks with Joel Greenberg and me about local mammals and our interactions with them, and their interactions with us this afternoon on Outside.

“Outside” airs from 4:30-5 p.m. Mondays on WKCC-FM (91.1) in Kankakee.

Massey has been district wildlife biologist, primarily for Kankakee and Grundy counties with their many public sites, so he has been around to notice the rise of coyotes and other changes in our interactions with local wildlife.

Laurel Soper, the web tech and digital media person for KCC, had a better podcast system set up here. It is a lot easier, which is good considering we have a large online audience. If anybody has issues with it, please let me know.

Otherwise, click here for online listening options.

There is a Facebook page for Outside with Dale Bowman and Joel Greenberg.
