WASHINGTON–White House Senior Advisor David Plouffe, the manager of President Obama’s 2008 campaign who has rarely been seen or heard from since joining the White House earlier this year (he rotated in as David Axelrod left) guests Sunday on ABC’s “This Week with Christiane Amanpour.” Obama filed for re-election this week and Plouffe will be asked about 2012 strategy.
