DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

MONDAY, MAY 23, 2011

In the morning, the President and the First Lady will arrive in Dublin, Ireland. The arrival at Dublin Airport is open press.

Later in the morning, the President and the First Lady will arrive at the President’s Residence in Dublin, Ireland and sign the guest book. There will be travel pool coverage.

The President and the First Lady will then meet with President McAleese of Ireland and Dr. McAleese at the President’s Residence. This meeting is closed press.

The President and the First Lady will then participate in a tree planting ceremony with President McAleese. There will be travel pool coverage.

Later in the morning, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with Taoiseach Kenny of Ireland at Farmleigh. There will be a pool spray at the bottom of the meeting.

In the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will travel to Moneygall, Ireland. There will be travel pool coverage of the visit to Moneygall. The President and the First Lady will then return to Dublin.

Later in the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at an Irish Celebration at College Green in Dublin, Ireland. The President’s remarks are open press.

The President and the First Lady will spend the night in Dublin, Ireland.
