Testifying Wednesday at the retrial of former Gov. Rod Blagojevich, Mayor Rahm Emanuel said that no one ever asked him for anything in exchange for his request to have presidential adviser Valerie Jarrett appointed to fill the senate seat formerly held by President Barack Obama.
