DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

SATURDAY, MAY 28, 2011

In the morning, the President will attend a U.S. Embassy meet and greet at the Marriott Hotel. This event is closed press.

Later in the morning, the President will participate in an arrival ceremony at the Presidential Palace. The travel pool will cover the ceremony.

The President and President Bronisaw Komorowski will then hold an expanded bilateral meeting. This meeting is closed press. Following the meeting, the President and President Komorowski will deliver statements to the press pool.

Later, the President and President Komorowski will participate in a discussion on democracy with NGOs. There will be a pool spray at the top of the event.

In the afternoon, the President will take part in an arrival ceremony and guest book signing at the Chancellery. There will be a pool spray of the arrival ceremony.

The President and Prime Minister Donald Tusk will hold a working lunch at the Chancellery. The lunch is closed press.

After lunch, the President and Prime Minister Tusk will hold a joint press conference at the Chancellery. The press conference is open press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will visit the memorial to the victims of the Smolensk plane crash at the Field Cathedral of the Polish Military. There will be travel pool coverage.

Later, the President will depart Warsaw, Poland en route Washington D.C. The President’s departure from Warsaw Chopin Airport and the arrival on the South Lawn are open press.
