DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

THURSDAY, JULY 14, 2011

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later in the morning, the President will meet with senior advisors in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will be interviewed by Cox Television, WRC Washington, D.C., and KYW Philadelphia about the economy and the importance of finding a balanced approach to deficit reduction. The interviews in the Map Room are closed press. These interviews will begin running at 5PM EDT, Thursday, July 14.

Later in the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet with Secretary of the Treasury Geithner in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later, the President and the Vice President will meet with Congressional Leadership in the Cabinet Room to discuss the ongoing efforts to find a balanced approach to deficit reduction. There will be a stills only pool spray at the top of the meeting.
