Just in time for Sunday night’s 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, Parker Posey shows us how to deliver the ultimate Emmy Awards acceptance speech on this hilarious YouTube video:

In the 3 minute video, Posey takes on the eccentric persona of J.A.N., which stands for Just Act, Naturally. For a mere $899, students enroll in her class that teaches them how to give the perfect Emmy speech –and how to lose graciously. That last part entails wearing goggles while J.A.N. throws raw eggs at students’ faces while they nod appreciatively.

“When you see someone in the audience, be like, ‘Hey, Bryan Cranston, I loved doing theater with you at Steppenwolf,’” J.A.N. coaches one student, who points out that she doesn’t actually know Bryan Cranston (“Breaking Bad”).

“It doesn’t matter,” J.A.N. says. “Just say it because it’s the Emmys. There’s no theater here.”
