The man who ran the Treasury Department from 1995 to 1999 was all wet — literally.

Robert Rubin, who was Bill Clinton’s Treasury Secretary, fell into a pool at a Ritz-Carlton Hotel Wednesday in Charlotte, according to BuzzFeed.com.
