Keep it real, when it comes to food. That’s the focus of the third annual Eat Real Chicago Festival, which is going on at Daley Plaza until 2 p.m. In addition to that wonderful regular farmers market that’s there on Thursdays, there will be a variety of speakers, a truck farm garden, demos on raw food prep, seed removal and more.

Here’s your chance to learn how. The sun’s shining bright; it’s a great fall day — get on out there!
