Justin Kelm of Lockport arrowed an “awesome early season 9-pointer” on the afternoon of Oct. 6 after a cold front pushed through.

Kelm said the 250-pound buck was already pushing a doe. I found that part interesting that early.

The rut will be peaking and there will be a lot more of that over the next couple weeks.
