Listening to Chicago’s deep dish pizza makers (ok and me, too).

Stewart apparently was.

In a surprise move, “The Daily Show” staff invited Lou Malnati’s pizza owner Marc Malnati to guest on tonight’s show after, well, Marc’s impassioned YouTube video invitation to discuss and try his eatery’s famous deep dish pie.

Well it all came to a meeting of the minds (sort of) on tonight’s installment of the show. Stewart called for “a truce.”
