Gary Le shows good largemouth can be hooked and released in the late fall in “the worst conditions for bass fishing.”

On Sunday, Le was using a Spro Killer Gill swim bait, cast far out on a DuPage County pond, then reeled in very slowly on braided line.

“That was the only fish we saw that morning, but that sure was worth it!” he emailed.
