R&B star Chris Brown has counter-sued Frank Ocean’s cousin Sha’Keir Duarte, related to that fight outside a Los Angeles recording studio back in January.

Duarte sued Brown in August, claiming Brown — currently in a Malibu, Calif. rehab facility for anger management issues — had his bodyguard violently beat him up when the town singers and their entourages got into a huge confrontation outside the Westlake Recording Studio in L.A.

In Brown’s countersuit, he is claiming Duarte intiated the fight, by threatening to kill him, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
