CLEVELAND — Browns running back Willis McGahee and Bears linebacker Lance Briggs, declared out Friday, highlighted each team’s inactives list 90 minutes before Sunday’s game.

Briggs is joined by quarterback Jordan Palmer, safety Sean Cattouse, defensive tackle Christian Tupou, tackle James Brown, tackle Jonathan Scott and defensive end Cornelius Washington.

The Browns’ inactives list featured quarterback Alex Tanney; offensive linemen Martin Wallace, John Greco and Reid Fragel; tight end Keavon Milton; and tight end Andre Smith.
